I used your product for the first time today, and I am very dissatisfied with the results. I followed the instructions exactly as stated on the bottle. The spray is extremely messy. Small spots of paint kept splattering on my forehead while I used it. My wife took one look at me and asked if a can of brown spray paint exploded on my head. The entire bathroom sink is covered in brown powder and took a half hour to clean up, in addition to my forehead and shoulders being covered in this brown dust. I would like a refund.

The package was slimy on the inside as the shampoo leaked.

My last spray can (light brown) started blowing white after approximately half the can was used. I shook it and shook it, then shook it some more but it continued to blow white! More quality control is needed.

I love the product....it works very well for me. I've been using it for years for thinning hair. My only criticism is that they do not make a travel size in silver, which is the color I use. Otherwise, orders and deliveries work well and the product is very helpful.

Hair feels awful after applying the two sprays. Can’t even comb through hair. And it DOES stain pillow case big time. Very disappointed
