Loved the service. However expensive

Cool idea but terribly executed. I tried the trial, which was displayed in a monthly fee after the trial. I noticed the “contacts” they charge you for are any and every conversation in your inbox, not just chats generated from Manychat. Then I went to my ops, noticed it was set to charge me for the annual plan. I wanted to change my plan to a monthly plan, but apparently you can’t switch back to a monthly plan. So that’s scammy, I hadn’t even paid yet. THEN I decided to cancel, not worth it. But guess who keeps trying to charge my card?? I have taken all forms of payment off the website, but if I use a card for something on my computer, they steal the data and try to charge that card. Incredibly scammy. I can’t delete my account even. SUPER SCAMMY.

Would be useful but the way the pricing works is pretty repulsive. You never know how much you will pay. It goes up as you have more and more followers but i dont want to send anything to my new followers. Finally, i had enough.

I really want to like this app but it frustrates me beyond the stars! First of all there is NO customer service which is insane due to how many glitches and problem the app has. It makes no sense to pay money for something that doesn’t function as intended. The chats I have don’t fire off correctly and has me losing dozens of leads per day. I’m not sure why they chose this model but it sucks and the need to rethink this model.

Scammed and/or misled by ManyChat. In 8 weeks I've organically earned 8.000 followers for two instagram business profiles that had only 4.000 followers. 'Say Hi to new followers' didn't work. Asking for help didn't work. Service requests werent asnwered. result: ZERO value added by ManyChat, hours and thousands of opportunities lost because of ManyChat.

Customer service and reply rate is pretty bad. No body is seeing what sort of problems we are having using the platform. I just need an automation and i dont know what to do, and they have already got my card info before i can do anything. A bit untrustable

Voglio concedere il beneficio del dubbio a questo servizio perchè forse sono scemo io a non saperlo usare...ma 1. non esiste un supporto reale, parli solo con un bot. 2. Nonostante io paghi 25 euro al mese, il mio profilo risulta FREE. 3. Non sempre le automazioni funzionano. Dicono che la colpa è di Meta, ma se fosse così, dovrebbero fare pressioni loro su meta, non lasciar ricadere il disservizio sui loro utenti. Paghiamo un servizio fallace e la loro scusa è: è colpa degli altri brutti e cattivoni.
