Wonderful customer service, got a great deal on a mattress, and it was delivered right away!

Great service from the show room to the young men who delivered my mattress. They came when they said. I am very pleased. The mattress is great. Getting a terrific restful night sleep.

Great service, and great local and quick delivery option. I didn't love paying $25 to have our old box spring taken away...between the box spring price, delivery fee, and take away fee, our savings didn't end up being as incredible as I first believed. Still, happy to pay because 1) local and 2) great service. I would have given this vendor a 5* rating, however, I was not happy to see Dave Ramsey's adverts posted on the front and interior of the store.

I have bought from Marks Mattress for many years. I always feel like their staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to let me sample each one in the showroom and answer all my questions. I read some reviews that were not that great but I have no idea how anyone could not appreciate the great employees, friendly welcoming service and fabulous prices. I personally felt like I got a great deal every time I have purchased there.

The lady was very informative and down to earth not pushy or trying to put some gimmick on us. She even encouraged us to look at other stores before making a final decision on our next bed. We got a great deal, less back pain , heavy sleep and bed is easier to clean

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly

Had a great experience buying a mattress. I never once felt pressured to buy something that was out of my price range. Will definitely be back in the future.
