Marks Mattress Richmond IN
The mattress we currently owned was only 5 months old, but we had such a bad experience with your competitor we came back to you. Great service from the time we walked in the door! Cody was very helpful in helping us the find the right bed.

I went in just to look around
I went in just to look around. I met both Robin and another worker. Both were helpful and not pushy. I bought 2 elevation bed frames and am completely satisfied!

Great product, needs work on scheduling delivery
Great product! Only thing keeping me from giving five stars is, we told the sales person that my husband and I do not get home from work until a bit after 4 PM daily (we each work 40 miles away). She was supposed to arrange that we get a call before delivery - to give us time to prepare - and to have delivery AFTER 4 PM. I received a call at 3:50 PM on the day of, stating that the delivery truck was sitting in front of my home and there was no one home - would a delivery the following week be better? Great service, but, needs to work on delivery scheduling.
