Ridiculous Pricing Policy – $999 Without Even a Trial!
I was absolutely shocked by Marpipe’s approach. In today’s competitive market, where there are countless alternatives, they’re asking for $999 per month without even offering a proper trial or demo to evaluate the software. It makes no sense at all! I tried to negotiate a way to test the product before investing, but the response was that I’d need to pay upfront and see if it works afterward. Honestly, this sounds completely absurd. How can anyone justify investing that much money in something they haven’t even had a chance to see if it meets their needs? To make matters worse, during my chat with their representative, Sam, he simply stopped responding to me. This was a complete lack of respect and professionalism. They clearly have no interest in customer satisfaction or building trust. While other software providers offer free trials or demo versions, Marpipe seems stuck in the past. The only solution they offered was to schedule meetings and still not get to test the product. If the software truly works, why not let me try it? I’m extremely disappointed and will choose another tool that at least allows testing before charging such a high price.
