It was a nightmare trying to get my table delivered
It was a nightmare receiving my massage table. I thought I was saving money by ordering w/massagetools but I wish I had spent the extra $200 and just ordered from massage warehouse. It cost me way too much time and extra money dealing with massage tools.com and third-party services they use to deliver packages like tables. Total nightmare! I will never order anything from them again.

Hi Suzy, I reviewed your order and see the order was placed on 1/13 for a custom made table with a 2-3 week production time. Your order was delivered on 2/14. I do see this was in transit with the freight company for 2 weeks which is definitely longer than we expect. I am happy to report we are no longer using this carrier and apologize for your experience.

Customer service was prompt in letting me know the towel cabby I ordered recently went out of stock but that there was a similar one made by the same company. Much appreciated.
