Avoid - expensive mistake - MW75 - holds charge for about 10mins 100% battery to 0.
Contacted support, took a week to reply. Got a list of things to try. Did all the things. Messaged them back with the update. Nothing. Sent them a follow up message. Nothing.
Something that cost $600 or in my case £££. It's quite an expensive paper weight.
It's too late for me - save yourselves. Product is poor quality and customer service does nothing.

What's customer service?????
I have a less than 2 year old MW-09 that has been lightly used and never dropped. One of the earbuds has split along its seam. I can't get any response out of customer service to see if it's repairable.
I was very much satisfied with the sound and quality until it broke. Now customer service won't even answer a simple question.

MH40 headphones unable to get any replacements
Bought a pair of MH40 headphones six years ago. Until recently, I was quite happy with them: the design is really nice, and the overall quality initially seemed decent.
Over the years, however, the headband and earpads have worn down to the point where they need to be replaced. After six years of use, that's completely expected. So no complaint there.
The problem started when I contacted Master & Dynamic support over six weeks ago - because there are no replacements available online anywhere or on their website for my 6 year old product - for which they have recently started selling a re-release again. At the time, I clearly explained to support that I was no longer able to use the headphones at all after the earpads had fallen apart and that I wanted to buy replacement parts.
What followed was an absolutely frustrating experience with painfully slow and useless support. There were several messages back and forth, often with long waiting times between responses. I was asked to send pictures of the headphones and provide the serial number as proof of purchase, among other things which I have answered switfly and in great detail. Then, in the next response (after the usual 2 weeks), I was apparently dealing with a completely different support representative who seemingly had not bothered to look at any of the information I had already provided.
Instead, the response was essentially: "Oh, it appears you want to buy replacements?"
Yeah, no shit, Sherlock. That is exactly what I had been explaining from the beginning. And what exactly were all those pictures and the serial number supposed to be for?
I repeatedly explained my problem and made it very clear that I simply wanted to buy replacements for the headband and earpads.
After more than six weeks and now almost another two weeks of waiting since my last message, I have had enough.
In one of their responses, I was told that there is no replacement headband available. Fine, disappointing enough. However, I also couldn't find any replacement earpads online, which is why I specifically asked support where I could buy them.
And after all this time? No answer.
I'm done with this absolute shitshow.
This is a brand that advertises its products as being "built to last decades," yet they don't offer replacement parts for components that are inevitably going to wear out. Earpads are probably one of the first parts of any pair of headphones that will need replacing, yet apparently there are no replacements available, and support can't even tell me where to get them.
Personally, I find it difficult to reconcile the company's "built to last decades" messaging with the apparent lack of replacement parts for components that naturally wear out. To me, that feels like false advertising.
To make matters worse, I took the headphones to a local leather specialist, who inspected them, particularly the headband, and confirmed my concerns about the build quality. The upper and lower parts of the headband are just glued together. Once the glue deteriorates after years of use, the two parts start separating.
Visually, it looks as if the two parts are held together by stitching. However, the seam appears to be purely decorative and does not actually hold the two sides together. Premium build quality ;).
Overall, these headphones look great at first glance, but in my experience, they are definitely NOT BUILT TO LAST.
Horrendous support. Horrendous company.
I would not recommend anyone spend this much money on a pair of headphones that may effectively become disposable once the earpads wear out. And the funniest part? The earpads use a non-standard attachment system, meaning there don't appear to be any third-party replacements available either. I've spent hours browsing the internet and haven't been able to find any compatible replacements.
After six years, I expected to spend some money on replacement parts, not to throw away the entire pair of headphones because the manufacturer doesn't support its own supposedly long-lasting product.
I'm going to buy my next pair from another brand.
Avoid at all costs!

Extremely dissatisfied with the product...
Dissatisfied with the product and the company will not stand behind their products. Earbuds delaminated on both sides. I wear them under ear muffs doing landscape. They are not exposed to anything but me. The sub reverberates in my left ear buds if the "acoustic seal" is disrupted at all. Causing constant readjustment when my earmuffs should hold them squarely in place. I reached out and they practically immediately called me a liar in their careful language as not to accept responsibility. For such a high priced "luxury" audio device, this product is more worse then subpar. Heed my warning and save your money

Dishonest, with shoddy support and products. They're not who they claim to be.
Their support is so poor that words fail me; they are also dishonest about their warranty. I will never purchase one of their products again.

Unfortunately another 1 star experience…
Unfortunately another 1 star experience with Master & Dynamic. I ordered a MG20 gaming headset, which had multiple problems: a crackling sound from the speakers and a non working volume wheel. Not the thing you expect from a 420 euro product. I am still trying to return the item but Master & Dynamic does not respond. Luckily I used a credit card and will try to get my money back.
Be careful dealing with this company!

I bought the wired earphones
I bought the wired earphones. First pair sounded like tv static whenever I played music. I went through the exchange process that took months. Second pair came USED and with ear wax. The exchange process took months. Now this third pair is having the same issue as the first. Also, these should never be used to pick up a phone call as people tell me I sound like I’m two feet from the ocean. Worst company ever!
