The carpet itself is nice however, the edging I picked gold. It just looks like it’s a wore out cream color so that’s a little disappointing cause I wanted it to match the yellow gold on my boat.

Response, completion of the order, and delivery were all slow. Quality was adequate, but craftsmanship, particularly the embroidery were sub par, with characters in a line of text not lining up correctly.

It was easy to order and the customer service, at first, was very responsive and helpful in customizing my order (5/13). Let me preface this all by saying that I am a rather patient person when it comes to retail purchases... The order (two custom mats for my RV - they were referred by a member of a FB group I'm in) was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to fulfill the order as it was during a busy period for them. After the third week came and went, I looked into the website to see if there was any activity on my order, nothing. No big deal, I figured they were a little delayed. On 6/10 I sent an email to CS and got response two days later stating that "the mats were in embroidery and should be shipped out early next week" also that I would receive the tracking soon. Nine days go by (6/19) I sent another email inquiring about the status of the order, no response from CS. On 6/24 I send a follow up email to the CS email thread I've been working with and a message directly through their website (kinda getting worried at this point), I get a reply later that day with an apology for the delay as the embroidery group was a "bit of a mess" and that "the mats would be shipped out tomorrow" (6/25). Again, I thank them and wait a little longer. On 6/27 I finally receive the mats (over six weeks later). The mats looked great, have a high-quality texture and I feel that the price was fair. I likely will order from them again and even recommend Matworks based on the quality of their work and basic CS interaction, which was good, just the extended part was a bit messy. The only reason I can't give them a 4- or 5-star rating was the issue with it taking more than double the time to get the mats done and shipped my way.

I bought the low level carpet and wish I would have paid for the upgrade. It’s ok but seems overpriced for the quality.

OTHER MATS HAD BETTER/MORE SUBSTANTIAL BACKING AND INCLUDED AN EXTRA CARPET STRIP TO HELP WEAR. NOT SURE HOW LONG THIS MAT WILL LAST.

Takes a while to get orders completed.

The snaps were not sent as advertised other than that great product After reading your reply, I would say that my garage is spotless, and when we opened the package, we did not overlook the snaps. We went through everything don’t pass the buck and I don’t need the snaps I bought some

Product looks great. The level of effort and tools needed to install was not fully understood. Purchased one snap tool, had to return, as it was not able to handle the snaps. Purchased $100 tool from a competitor, which worked, but overall installation and videos to support process was not as anticipated.
