The customer support systems that Mauripro Sailing have established are first-rate. Given how complicated sailing equipment can be, especially for newbies like myself, having the messaging follow-up after every order and the constant willingness to be of assistance on any issue is fantastic. It is also a refreshing change for the more depersonalized experiences of other on-line companies.

I ordered a Dav-3120 WindTrak which is the complete wind wane and mounting hardware. They sent me the Dav-3101 which is just the replacement vane. They have yet to correct this error. I have been leaving emails and calling them since the first of January. You would think when you spend $750 they would be willing to correct a $15 mistake.

I've ordered from Mauipro in the past and and I've never been disappointed. Myreya D. handled my current order. She kindly took the extra time to keep me informed of her progress. Myreya is personable in her conduct of her business and it was my pleasure to deal with her.
