Everything went well except for my samples not being in box and when I contacted company in regards to missing , they stated they were in the box and would not send them out unless I ordered again. This was my first time and I'm not sure if Id order again.

Los últimos dos pedidos me los cancelaron por falta de inventario sin embargo volví a pedir uno una de ellos seguido y tenía el precio mas alto, tal parece una estrategia, luego hice otro pedido y después de dos días de facturación también me lo cancelaron, prefiero no seguir comprando por esta situación. Purchased 2 hard to find bottles of cologne that were in stock, then 2 days later my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. After contacting support, I was told "the last bottle broke." So apparently they decided to cancel the order for both bottles without telling me, and now the product is out of stock (seems like they sold the other bottle from my order?). I tried to see if I could put in a backorder, or if I could buy the other unbroken bottle, but customer support basically doesn't directly respond to the questions and just says "we hope we do better next time"

Inventory can occasionally become unavailable because of a stock discrepancy, damage, or simultaneous demand, and we understand how frustrating that is after an order has been placed. I bought a premium EDP and there was not a single sample as a gift, like every time. I chose you over other websites because of this. Now I am comfortable looking somewhere else.

Total disappointment of the perfume does not last the smell was not special, it is not worth the sum of money that was paid, it is also exact the smell of the perfume orientica amber rouge. Very disappointed since there are no differences between that perfume and the "original bacarat". I think I was even scammed. As for the shipping service, everything is very good and super fast.

I ordered an expensive fragrance and when it arrived there was no top on it and it was leaking. The picture showed a top on it even though it was a tester. I was refunded but not the full amount. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We regret any inconvenience caused by the confusion. Our product was advertised as a Tester bottle, we did make a description but it was not mentioning that this product does not include a cap. We recently made the revisions and it should be accurate as of now. Our insurance department does not approve refunding the charge of the insurance for any shipment since it is used to protect your package during transit. As you may understand, once it is in transit, it cannot be reverted and their service has already being provided. Nonetheless, this case was escalated and as of now you should have received an automated email in regards to the refund for the shipping insurance.
