I have nothing to complain, it is fast simple and easy to use.

It is a bit early for this survey. I have had my free 30 days and have just started as a fully paid member. I have not utilized enough to give a full review, but so for, so good. Ask me again in a couple of months and I may be able to give a more full review.

I was expecting a waiting period or "set-up" time, but there was none! I was getting faxes as soon as set up was complete and I gave the fax number out for business!

MaxEmail is so easy to use and get started. All you do is add the file you want faxed and add a cover sheet or not. Then send. Easy as 1, 2, 3!

It is a Great services if I just needed it more. When I do need it the service alway's work perfectly. Would not give it up.

You guys have a great set up for sending faxes, it works slick!! I was unclear about the ongoing charges that went along with the yearly fee. I am still not sure how much the relationship will cost me. This is the reason for my misgivings.

No complaints, it is easy and efficient, and prevents the expense of a landline phone at home!
