Bad customer service
MaxWeb is a good affiliate network with a large array of offers. However the customer service is terrible. I was in contact for 3 weeks with customer service trying to get help with their pixel integration to Facebook ads as it was not sending conversions and not one person was able to help me set it up. Their integration guide is very outdated too. Kept reciving vague answers anytime I asked for help.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your thoughts on behalf of MaxWeb. Every review is greatly appreciated since it enables us to enhance our communication and service. We regret learning about your Pixel integration and support experience. Please be assured that our management and technical teams have taken note of your comments and will use them to enhance our guides and offer more understandable support going forward. We value your candour and the opportunity to improve for both you and our affiliate network.

Epic !
I started working with MaxWeb almost five years ago, and it’s been an incredible journey. Over time, we’ve become like family, and their support has been instrumental in helping me achieve so much. They’ve provided guidance, opportunities, and a community that’s second to none. I’m excited for what the future holds, and I can't wait to keep learning and turning my dreams into reality with MaxWeb by my side!

MaxWeb: User-Friendly and Profitable!
MaxWeb is an outstanding affiliate platform! The entire MaxWeb team, and especially my manager Madalina, are extremely helpful. They are always ready to provide support and assistance, and they keep me informed about new offers. They offer high-quality products and excellent commission rates, which boost earnings significantly. I highly recommend MaxWeb for anyone looking to succeed in affiliate marketing!

The Best Support and CPA Network
Been and Affiliate for a while, and I've found this platform to be a standout in CPA Networking. Payment's transparent, on time, and the support from Managers are top-notch, always going the extra mile to guide and meet our needs whenever possible. My manager Madalina has been nothing but kind and attentive, showcasing new offers, and outlining promotion guidelines and recommendations to help me reach my goals. Maxweb's team is the best! 🌟
