The first Navigation Card that was sent got lost in the mail. I reached out to the MazNavStore and they responded within 24 hours and had a new card sent out the same day. Now that's good customer service. I have not installed the nav card yet because my car is in the shop so I cannot comment on the Nav card yet.

I gave up working with another outfit to update my old SD card, and gave up when they told me to take it to the dealer. The dealer sent me to the other company. The new card from the navstore sent me a new card that was plug and play and it worked immediately with no set up, for the same price I would ave paid to update the old card.

Perfect component! Easy to install, functions seamlessly. My wife changed her mind. No problem with returning chip. Manager was so kind and courteous! Will always recommend!

The product arrived speedily and safely. Install was easy and relatively stress free. I just had to locate the sd slot that located somewhere in the center console. It performs as it should. Now I just need my Mother to follow the directions.
