Apollo ERV
unit runs well but my apollo erv didn’t come with complete instructions and codes. for example there was a flashing light on the erv and instructions didn’t say what it meant. turns out my filter had to be reset using the controller but it doesn’t tell you how, and the person i dealt with on the phone knew next to nothing about it and took multiple back and forths to figure out their own products. other than that works fine. wish they sent a replacement filter included though.
