Saved me a lot of money!

We got in quickly, and got our x-rays, and got a results about 3 to 4 days later. It did take a few days to get the results, but it was on a Wednesday that we took the x-ray, and we got our results the following Tuesday. It was a very professional atmosphere, and done with care.

I was able to get the CT scan I needed to have before my Neurologist appointment that was denied by Medicare. The reduced price was a bonus!

The UH/TMC Team was fast, efficient, and friendly. The scheduling process as easy and everyone had sound of positivity in their voice. Had some waiting but CT went faster..

I wish I understood it better when I obtained a voucher I would have had more included and found the money. By the time I heard of them I was less than 24 hours of getting a necessary surgery that could not wait any longer. So I didn’t quite understand the whole process and how they worked until after the surgery. While it’s difficult to come up with a large lump sum of money to purchase a voucher it was incredibly worth it. It reduced my surgery costs easily by 1/3. When I had issues with being billed by facility, mdSave staff handled it relieving me of the stress. The staff I spoke with at mdSave were phenomenal. What a great program if your insurance totally sucks like mine which did not cover anything!

The entire process, from purchasing the voucher to redeeming it at the medical facility was very simple and straightforward!

Customer service is fantastic and helped get my procedure covered. Love this service. Saved me a bunch of money.
