We received excellent service from Rudy, beginning with a phone call to find out about different lifts, to our delivery of the lift we purchased, and a new label for the side of the lift. (the original label was scratched during shipping). We were extremely satisfied with the service from Mechanic Outlet, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had to dispute payment for my lift before a covered part was shipped to me. These people do nothing for the customer. All they want is your money. I will not buy from them again

The Manufacturer "National Auto Tools" did not have the part in stock. We continued to update Mr Cramer through out the process. NAT personally delivered the runway to the customer. Approximately 2 weeks time frame. Mechanic Outlet absorbed all costs we did not load the lift or have anything to do with the fact that he got a lift with a slightly twisted runway. We however did get into action for Mr. Cramer IMMEDIATELY and were not in control of or cause of the issues he had.

I feel like they earned all 5 of these stars every day. I would give them 10 but 5 is all that is allowed. I am grateful to do business with such a helpful and supportive staff.

I thought the transaction was going to be an easy deal. I ordered a tire mounting machine and a wheel balancer. I also ordered adapters for doing motorcycle wheels. The adapters took an extra few weeks to arrive. Don't use their financing, as it is a scam. I did, and I wish I wouldn't have. They set it as a lease for however long you agree to. Then you're on the hook for the total amount of the lease, not the equipment. This means you aren't able to buy the equipment when you have the capital unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money. i.e. Machines cost $3500. "Finance" for 36 months at 15.99% APR. $217/month for 36 months. Total balance owed is $7,812. If you call after 2 months to pay it off, you owe $7,800. Not anywhere near the price/value of the equipment.

Hello Jeremy, Zion Funding is a separate company the reviews should be for How did Mechanic Outlet do? We don't personally handle any financing through our company. I am familiar with lease to own *just a tip you can ask for a pay off at 12 months you can call Eric @ Zion he will help you with Time Payment. Most companies go through Time Payment. In the mean time you do have a tax write off 100% of your payment X12 is your yearly write off. *We also do offer 0 money down and 0 interest for 12 months through Synchrony Bank credit score of 670 or higher. Sincerely Kristi *** re-rate Mechanic Outlet if you would please
