The products I ordered were all tightly…
The products I ordered were all tightly crammed together into the shipping bag. Because of the adhesive used in these items it causes them all to become stuck to themselves and to the bags they are packaged in, which requires one to spend considerable time in opening them.

The first order I placed was great
The first order I placed was great. I received it very quickly. The second order, part of it was right, and part was not right. When I called customer service. The woman was svery nice. I explained the problem and she said that particular item was out of stock. I said I wish I knew that, because I would not have ordered it. She said she understood.

Long time customer
We’ve been buying this product for the last 15+ years. Always good customer service and great product, however, notably much thinner plastic on this most recent purchase.

Great experience!
Glad your company had the items we prefer in stock. Due to the Pandemic, supply chains we severely affected, thus my normal supplier was unable to get my items, but to keep my business, they substituted another item. Unfortunately, these items did not work for me. Thank you, MedicalMega!
