Was apprehensive at first. Did not see good reviews and BBB status. Got everything I ordered, as advertised or better. Got it quickly. Will use instead of Amazon as prices and quality is better.

Received a partial order and nothing on what is missing. Second order never received at all. Called and they want to cancel that part of my order because someone put the wrong price and I purchased it for $1 vs ? They then said they don’t have to honor that because it’s not in stock. Legit, it might not be, but you have 2 orders for this item I need and I highly doubt I will ever see that item. Do I get a refund from my CC or talk to the owner? Second order they don’t even have a record of. I call BS because it was the same item. Months later…I still have yet to receive my order, left at least a dozen msgs, they do nothing but ignore me. Screenshot the fact this it is in stock and the price, apparently they mostly deal with companies because I was told it would be credited (magically found my second order) to my acct. Hunny, I’m an individual ordering and don’t have an acct like a company. Ask for my money… nothing. So I have an acct with them that I don’t have access to, and they are holding my money hostage.

I love shopping for my DME on Medical Mega! For a while I used insurance and was getting it for cheaper elsewhere, but then the pharmacy I was using had a contract change and my insurance no longer covered it through them. I didn't realize it until a few orders later because of they way they bill, and my bill ended up being over twice as much per order as it is on Medical Mega. After all that, 0I'm sticking with Medical Mega for the convenience and price consistency. If you're not using insurance to pay, it's the least expensive place I've found to get your supplies.

Every other year, I order 36" X 72", Reuseable Quilted Underpads from Medical Mega. They accept and deliver my order promptly and the product is exactly what I need and expect. Thank you Medical Mega!
