Great Customer Service!
This was my first experience with Medical Mega. I liked that they have an area for "Notes" on the Order Form. I stated to "please make sure the item I ordered was not outdated." The last time I bought this item elsewhere, it had an expiration date of 7/21. Customer Service called me that they only had jars with the expiration date of 7/21. Since I ordered 5 jars, I was hesitant to continue with the order. But since they gave me a partial refund, and I keep the items in the fridge, I gave her the go ahead. (This item is Pain Relief Gel.) I am happy with my interactions with Medical Mega, and recommend them!

I needed cold packs to relieve hot…
I needed cold packs to relieve hot flashes. The compresses needed to be easy to use, small and cool quickly. This product was perfect! My neighbor warmed one in the microwave to relieve her joint pain, and she was also pleased. The cost was very affordable and they got here quickly!
