I have no problem with the product I have purchased but processing and shipping can take awhile. The prices are as good as anywhere online so I would differently recommend them.

Prompt shipping, quick to answer the phone (the operator that answers directly helps you, you don't get forwarded to another department). Merchandise is well packed.

I use MedicalMega to obtain ostomy supplies and first aid dressings. They are fast, accurate and extremely well priced. I have always been able to find everything I want, when I need it, and delivery has always been reliable. I like their website and the way I can easily call up past orders, re-fill them or modify them as the situation warrants. I'm sure I'm not the biggest customer they have, but they treat me like I'm their most important one. I have been extremely pleased with the services they offer since I began using them.

I really like their service, they have been very prompt lately with their deliveries only on two occasions was the delivery delayed; I’m sure that they have improved tremendously I would give it five stars, but I’m being conservative here and giving them 4 stars. Nevertheless, I Highly recommend this company for personal medical needs.
