I finally was able to find out exactly what I could receive by taking the newer policy , And The agent never hurried me thru anything , And took the time to explain what the New added insurance could do for me , I'm so please to be able to get the Xtra added benefits without any additional costs to me . Not very happy with

I had many questions about medicare first time and Stacey kish was awesome with answering all my medicare questions and if anyone looking into medicare at all this is where you get all information for the right Medicare plan for you she is awesome again had an awesome experience with Stacey though this experience I would highly recommend this group.

the man I talked with was very pleasant, and calm. he told me everything I wanted to know.

There was a lot of information. Unfortunately it was read so quickly and the pronunciation so insistent it was difficult to understand. I asked her to speak more slowly and she did, for a time but eventually was back to speed reading. It sounded like someone with a stop watch was standing over her shoulder. My only reassurance was that I would eventually be able to read it. She was polite and answered my questions
