According to our records, it looks like it took about six business days for your package to be delivered which falls close to the estimates provided on our website. Although we would have hoped the package was delivered sooner, we can assure you that your $10 priority shipping fee went directly to USPS and they processed your package with priority so it still arrived a few days sooner than it would have with the free shipping option. Again, we are very sorry that you were not pleased with the delivery by USPS but we hope we are able to help again in the future. We are also able to change the shipping option to UPS upon request.
