Everyone was so friendly!! A pleasure to work with them.

I wasn't given the 10% off as promised for my reservation. I was tolded when I went to pick up my rental that there was a 500. Deposit. The car looked.like someone had just dropped it off. It needed to be cleaned. When I returned the car, I asked when would the hold be lifted on my deposit. I was then told 7 to 14 business days. Not to mention that the staff was not the friendliest. Customer service skills were lacking.

Attentive, Courteous, and explained in detail the companies process. Reviewed details and ensured I received my receipts.

Easy to pick up car. Car we received was clean and in great condition. Drop off was also super easy and convenient for the airport. Would recommend!

When we called for a pick-up at the airport we were told that the van was already on its way! That's service! This is a small business compared to the big name car rental agencies. But they gave us excellent and personalized service. We've rented from those big name companies before, but we did enjoy supporting this small, local business.

Good price... service was good. Courtesy van and the driver were excellent. At first glance the location looks a bit sketchy but had no issues. A better sign on Wilkinson Rd would be a big help.

Very easy check in and checkout process. Friendly, no extra/hidden charges. Will rent from again.
