Hi there, Hope you’re doing well. I’m the customerservice manager. I have read your feedback regarding the product fitment and customerservice experience, and we take your comments very seriously. We sincerely apologize that even though the product was advertised as 100percent fit for your Ford Transit Connect XL SWB, you still needed to make minortomoderate modifications during installation. We also regret the subpar support you received, including our team initially dismissing your concern as an installation error. We will take your suggestions on board to improve and upgrade our product design. On the service side, I will arrange further training for our customerservice agents to deliver a better experience moving forward. Thank you for your honest feedback, and please accept our apologies again for all the inconvenience. Best regards, MELIPRON team
