It was easy to order. Items were delivered in good condition. They were delivered on time because they were bought in Europe.

The product is great. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to get here but can learn to live with it.

Carry hard to find products, but shipping took two weeks and the nice luxurious lotion now has pieces of cheap colored packing tape that they used to seal tubes during shipping because it didn’t remove cleanly. Please come up with better packaging. It ruins the experience of having a nice luxurious lotion.

The customer service is doing really good, they responsed to my inquiry quickly and nicely. The product takes only few days to be shipped out!

It Took so long to send the products that I did not get them because it was an airb&b and I am not there anymore.
