MemberDevReviews of memberdev.com

I had a great experience with them, even from the start with the sales team. They were fully transparent and committed to helping me find the right solution. It felt like I was talking to a friend more than a sales person. I highly recommend them!

We would absolutely recommend Ali and the MemberDev team to anyone. Our project was a very complex Membermouse implementation that required someone who really knew what they were doing. We challenged them with scenarios that were critically needed to run our virtual summit and they hit it out of the park. Great communication and more. We plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone considering a Membermouse implementation.

We had a great experience setting up our new member site with Ali and the MemberDev team. They were very responsive, stuck to deadlines, great communication and support. And we love our new site - it has all the functionality we needed and looks amazing. Our members can't stop raving about it. And I know we have the flexibility we need to grow our business. Would 100% recommend MemberDev.

Working with Ali and the Memberdev team was one of the best decisions we made as a business. We quickly learned that in working with Memberdev, we weren’t just working with a talented developer and designer, but with a company that really understood the ins and outs of building membership sites. Ali was able to hone in on the vision for our music education platform, keep us focused, and navigate us through each stage of the process. One of the features of our new website involved organizing a large library of over 700 lessons in a logical way. With the robust filtering system Ali created, it completely solved our problem of helping users find the content they were looking for. Even amidst complex areas of our project (i.e. live show components, learning tracks, specific member access restrictions), Memberdev remained reliable and totally committed to the success of our project. Ali is not afraid to think outside the box and come up with a better solution than what you originally had in mind. We have gotten a 5X return on our investment within the first month of launch, and we strongly attribute this to the redesign and enhanced functionality that Memberdev brought to our platform. We can’t recommend them enough.

In business, and in life for that matter, it means the world to me to associate with people you can count on. People whom you can trust. People who know what they are doing. MemberDev lives up to these criterion in stellar fashion. Working with this company was like the experience of air travel. Not once do I question the pilots ability to fly the plane. I never wonder whether the pilot is being responsive and responsible or not. Not once do I question the integrity of the pilot’s ability or the structure of the airplane. In fact, ALL of the critical aspects are taken care of SO WELL that all I have to wonder about is “when do I get my pretzels?!” MemberDev is like that. Not once did I have to wonder about the ability, the integrity, the availability or the responsiveness of my “pilots.” When I work with MemberDev I simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. Oh…. And I always get my pretzels!

Ali and his MemberDev team helped us transform our 4-year old niche membership website. We were a bootstrapped operation using an off-the-shelf Wordpress theme and hit the ceiling in subscriber growth and the capabilities of the underlying website code. Across four months, many iterations, and much back-and-forth, Ali rebuilt the website with streamlined code and doubled the speed of the site. He kept the visual aspects of what we liked from the old website, introduced us to new concepts and workflows, and put in the time and effort to make sure he hit a hard deadline for the relaunch. 2 years later, we've quadrupled our revenues and our members. We are on a regular schedule with MemberDev, rolling out new features and enhancements. MemberDev has become a trusted member of our team. They've worked with us on building out a metrics 'dashboard' (that we now maintain) to give us monthly feedback on key measurements of our business' health and direction. They helped us switch to a new CRM solution that is cost-effective but scales in features and functionality as our business grows. Finally, Ali and MemberDev are experts in Membership sites. We often bounce ideas off them, and get feedback on what's worked (or not) for other clients. Often, these conversations take us into new and unexpected places - offering new opportunities for growth or refining existing systems. From time-to-time we've brought in outside experts on narrow aspects on the back-end of the website - and MemberDev has been fully supportive of those efforts, working with those developers as closely as they've worked with us. The team at MixingLight.com is highly supportive of MemberDev and recommends them highly to anyone building a community-based membership website.

The folks at MemberDev have a very high level involvement with our company and are extremely responsive to our needs and website changes. We highly recommend giving them an opportunity to design, host, and maintain your company's website. They treat each client as if it is the only client they have. We highly recommend giving them a shot at your business.

2 words: FIRST CLASS. Every single step of my membership website business experience has been exceptional thanks to Member Dev. I can not speak highly enough about the level of service and the commitment they have to see their customers thrive. As a business owner who has muscled my way into doing everything on my own for most of my career I could not be happier that I followed my gut and hired Memberdev to lighten my load. The result was something I could have never fathomed. I now have a first class membership website built and growing thanks to the team. A thousand Thank You's MemberDev.
