It was so easy and fast

I've used MEMD a few times and so has my son for minor ailments, that required antibiotics. Got called back within an hour, and prescription was at our local pharmacy soon after. Often so hard to get into my Dr on the same day much less within an hr. Cost of most office visits or less. More importantly, all done from the comfort of your home.

Was very pleased with the experience. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful. The physician I spoke with was patient and knowledgeable and listened to what I said. Would highly recommend.

I tried using MeMD because I suspected that my daughter had a UTI. I was told the provider would call within 30 minutes. I received the call an hour later. The doctor told me to take my child to urgent care because she was under 18. I did, she was diagnosed with a UTI. So, instead of paying a $25 co-pay for the MeMD, I ended up paying a $75 co-pay for MeMD and urgent care. MeMD was a complete waste of time and money. I was lured in with the promise of saving money. The brochure listed the things the MeMD can be used for. UTI was included in that. Yes, the intake person said that treatment is up to the physician. However, they knew my child's symptoms and her AGE. It would have been nice to have been given the courtesy of "this probably is the best route for you." No, they were happy to take my money and give me NO help at all. I will NEVER use this service again. I will also inform anyone thinking about using it that it is a waste of time and money.

MeMD was fast, easy, affordable, and convenient to use. I was able to pick up a prescription within an hour and I am feeling 100% better now! Thanks MeMD! I will use this service again!
