MemorialslabReviews of memorialslab.com

The granite memorial to our pet we lost turned out absolutely beautiful. Someone from their site emailed me a proof to make sure I liked how they designed it prior to engraving. She was in contact throughout. The service they offer is absolutely amazing. Quality of product is unmatched. 5 stars 2nd time I've ordered a pet Memorial. Our pets are family more people should offer this service but this is the site I'd continue to use. Ordered May 9th and received the finished product yesterday in the mail. Packaged wonderfully

My experience with them was excellent. They were extremely easy to do business with and were very professional and prompt in all communications regarding my purchase. They emailed me a mock up of my chosen memorial quickly following order and payment. I received my memorial soon after I approved the mock up, which honestly surprised me. I am extremely pleased with how my memorial turned out, and would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality marker or sign for any reason.

The etching looks just like my Thor. It was awesomely done. I do these for each of my fur babies that have passed away. I love it. The packaging was phenomenal. I have never seen a packaging done like this. Keeps the product safe.

After losing my cat, I wanted a gravemarker for her. I searched the internet and found MemorialsLab. The website was easy to use and when I had a question it was almost immediately answered via e-mail. In short the gravemarker with my cats photo was made 100% correctly. It is beautiful and the workmanship is top quality. Well pleased. Thank you

Over the last few years, I have ordered three pet memorials from Memorialslab, and I cannot say enough how impressed I have been with their beautiful, comforting granite slabs and excellent customer service. They have brought solace to my heart during my time of grief. The memorials are absolutely beautiful, and Vanessa is always there to ensure that every detail is perfect, and she truly seems to care about every customer. Proofs are checked and rechecked before engraving the slabs. When I showed my son the one I had ordered for his cherished Dutch Shepherd's grave, he summed it up beautifully: "It's perfect." Thanks, Memorialslab (and Vanessa).

Needing a grave marker for our pet,I turned to the internet and found this company. Within two days they sent me a proof of what the stone would look like with the data I gave them. Within two weeks the stone arrived at my door. My wife and I could not be happier! The stone and likeness of our pet was perfect.

It was more than I expected for the price, I will be placing more orders soon , thanks again for my order

I would give 0 stars if I could. Usually I would not leave negative reviews because everyone has their own opinion. The only reason I am this time is because I don’t want someone to experience what I have with this company. My mother in-laws cat passed away and I ordered a small 6 x 6 because her grave area is not that big. When I receive the product, it was horrible. The picture was blurry. You could see the pixel so clearly in the words you can see all the lines. It looks so bad. How can I give this to her and have her look at that every day with such poor quality. I made a complaint and the lady responded back to me that because I ordered a small size that is what I get. I told her she needs to state that on the website. For people that are already going through such a heartbreaking time. This is the last thing that they need to deal with is the poor quality of the product that they’re getting. Don’t waste your time with this company. Go find another company. There are many out there that are better. She ended up giving me a 20% credit and I’m going to go look for another company to make it.
