They not only knocked 10% off at the cart, they threw in a 2GB Flash Drive just for shopping that day. Price on the Compact Flash card that I bought was the cheapest I could find on the internet, and I definately shopped around.

I submitted a RMA request to exchange or return the refurbished unit more than 2 weeks ago. NO ANSWER AT ALL. Trsutpilot is trying to help too. But no update.

*** UPDATE - After an initial experience that was not up to par, Yan took it upon himself to send me the correct parts, plus a flash drive, at no charge. He bent over backwards to win me over as a satisfied customer and I must commend his committment to customer service - and ammend my rating. *** Initially, I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. Memory Suppliers shipped me the wrong memory. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they told me I would have to PAY return shipping cost to get the wrong memory that they sent to me, sent back to them. When I complained that I didn't feel it right that I should have to pay return shipping for their mistake, they sent me a return email indicating they'd reimburse me the shipping costs. Although I have received confirmation that they received the returned memory, and confirmation that they credited my card with the purchase price of the memory I returned, I have not received credit for shipping charges that I incurred as a result of their mistake. I have sent multiple emails requesting that they honor their stated intent to reimburse me for these shipping costs, they have completely ignored my communications. Basically, the sum total of my experience with Memory Suppliers is that I am out-of-pocket for shipping, and return shipping costs, for memory they shipped me in error. That’s a pretty poor way to treat a customer.

Found them online looked foe what My computer needed and purchased quickly with PayPal. Received the item in just a few days. I couldn't have had better service anywhere.

My hard drive arrived on time and I was able to have it installed. The order confirmation and shipment notification let me know when how my drive was shipped and what time it was to be delivered.

Product was delivered as ordered. The website was easy to use, payment was easy, and the product was available.

I give Memory Suppliers a 5 Star rating. Good website, had hard drive I needed in stock, quick check out, received new sealed unit in promised timeframe. What else could you ask for. I needed a Class 4 Micro SDHC 16gb card, shot an email, they didn't have it, but got quick and courteous response without any attitude. I'd buy any computer needs I have from them, a pleasure to deal with. Thumbs up!!!!!

I have several computers that the manufacture does not have memory upgrades for, why? who knows! using Memorysuppliers.com I was able to find the correct memory with ease and had the order on my desk in 2 days. I will be ordering more!
