I always feel emotional, anxious around 1 week before my period and usually have cramps within period. My friend recommended me this. Just started trying and hopefully it can help ease my PMS and cramp.

I absolutely love the rose scented roll on- it smells absolutely delicious! The only downside is that the scent doesn't last as long as I would like. So I have to reapply it quite regularly, especially on my hands.

Signing up is an easy process, better than I expected. Many of the logos are too cartoonish for my taste, but it's okay.

I just got this peppermint roll-on for headaches and I’m loving it. Super easy to use – I just applied it over my temples and forehead, no mess at all. The cool feeling kicks in pretty fast, like in about 30 seconds, and it really chills out my headache. Plus, the roll-on ball works like a charm, and its quality is pretty good as well. Totally a 5-star thing for me!

Hi Amy, Thank you for your feedback. Peppermint oil is rich in menthol, a compound known for producing a cooling effect. When applied topically, menthol may contribute to a sensation of coolness on the skin. This cooling sensation is often associated with providing relief from discomfort, such as the pain experienced during a headache. You can apply the roll-on directly to specific areas, like the temples, forehead, back of the head, or back of the neck, and perform self-massage. I didn't realize music therapy is good for diverting my mind when feeling pain. The two tracks mixing a few classical pieces were really helpful. I fell asleep after 15 minutes. Can you provide more music tracks for relaxing? I only see a few, or maybe I didn't find the right place.

In our Care Program, we currently provide around 3 hours of therapeutic music tracks.
