Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Ease of assembly. Instructions are clear. Great product. Cats use litterbox, and there is no scooping involved. When bin gets full, pull out the bag and toss it. Smell is contained and controlled.

The shipping was incredibly fast
The shipping was incredibly fast. When it arrived the setup took maybe 5 minutes. Setting up the app was super easy and fast. Definitely a must have for multi-cat families.

I recently ordered the SC02 model and the auto clean function is not working. I emailed customer service and have not received a response.
