Thank you for sharing your experience, and we completely understand your concern. The weight-tracking feature is especially helpful for young kittens, so we’re sorry for the confusion this has caused. In many cases, inaccurate weight readings can happen if the litter box is not placed on a hard, level surface. For the most accurate measurements, please make sure the unit is placed on a solid floor such as tile or hardwood, and avoid placing it on carpet, rugs, or uneven surfaces, as these can affect the sensor’s accuracy. Once the litter box is moved to a hard, flat surface, the weight readings should become much more accurate. If the issue continues after trying this, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that it really works for you, runs quietly, and that Jackson loves using it—that’s exactly what we hope for. We love hearing that it’s helped reduce both the hassle of cleaning and the odor. It sounds like you knew exactly what you wanted for Christmas, and we’re so glad it turned out to be the perfect gift—definitely not crazy at all! Thank you again for sharing your experience and for recommending it to others. If you ever need assistance, we’re always here to help. Wishing you and Jackson many happy, stress-free days ahead! 🐾🎄

Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused. We sincerely apologize that your expectations were not met, especially during such a busy holiday period. During the Black Friday promotion, we did experience unexpected stock shortages for the SC02 model. We would like to clarify that if a customer chooses not to accept a substitute, we do offer a refund, and we regret that this option was not made clear or handled smoothly in your case. Additionally, the litter box and plastic bags are shipped in separate packages, and due to severe weather conditions affecting certain states, some shipments have experienced delays beyond our control. At this time, we are unable to locate your order details in our system based on the information available here. To allow us to properly investigate the shipment status and provide an appropriate resolution, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team directly and include your order number and purchase email. Once we receive this information, we will review your case in detail and work toward a fair solution. We sincerely regret that this experience has caused you to lose trust in us. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it properly.

Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused, especially regarding the delay in communication and the unexpected out-of-stock status of the SC02 model. During the high-demand period in December, we did experience inventory shortages. While our team may offer alternative products or discounts as an option, we fully respect a customer’s decision to cancel and request a refund when an item is unavailable, in accordance with our refund policy. We are sorry if this was not handled clearly or efficiently in your case. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please reply directly to our customer support email with your order number and a clear confirmation that you would like to cancel the order and receive a refund. Once we receive this information, we will prioritize processing your refund without further delay. We sincerely apologize again and appreciate your patience while we make this right.
