The product is great! My cats are loving it

I was very skeptical about automatic litter boxes and had a difficult time deciding which one to give a try and invest money in. I haven’t had a feline to take care of in years! This really changes the litter box game! So far I am impressed and love this litter box. 2 weeks in! Very quiet and easy to clean.

So far this is 10/10. I think the only thing I’ve noticed is it will clean after but their urine isn’t totally clipped so it makes it stink but other than that it’s great

Edited/updated to say Meowant has not responded to my return request as the tout a 30 day return policy. I should have read more reviews prior to my purchase. I’m still waiting for return info to be sent. You’ve had plenty of time to respond. I was hopeful the Meowant automatic litter box would live up to the hype. Unfortunately, it failed. I already have a Litter Robot and to be honest, liked the low profile design of the Meowant. That’s why I ordered it. Problem #1, litter got stuck every cycle around the seam between the sides and bottom of the pan. There needs to be more pan space and a seamless transition into the sides of the inside. Problem #2, the litter trap does not hold much waste at all!!! I’m used to emptying my Litter Robot bag every 3-4 days with multiple cats using it. Even with the Meowant being an additional litter box, I had to change the bag at least once or twice a day, or waste previously emptied would “fall up” during the cycle and make it harder for the new waste to drop down easily. Problem #3, it does not completely empty the litter pan for cleaning. HUGE problem #4, it cannot be easily taken apart for a “deep cleaning” as I am able to do with my Litter Robot. Meowant, go back to the drawing board and take some pointers from Whisker Litter Robot.

Definitely easy to use!

Received the item in perfect condition. It was easy to set up, however, I have not tried to connect it to my phone as I am somewhat technically impaired. I have only had it in operation for a few days but so far all is going well.
