Do not buy from Meowant
You can only contact customer service via email. There is no phone number. The phone number listed on the company website is fake. They have false information on the website for their hours. The hours does not state what time zone.

Have only been using the SC01 litter…
Have only been using the SC01 litter box for a week but so far so good, nice not having to scoop every day,

Have had the litter box for a few weeks…
Have had the litter box for a few weeks now and my cat has only used it twice. I definitely won't be able to replace my old litter box with this automatic one

Service was quick
Service was quick! Delivery was great! Product is great! Everything was seriously great- not a bad thing to say here at all. My cat took to it immediately and no smells and easy to clean!

Supports 5 cats
I've had the litter box for 1 day and so far I am very pleased with the product. I have 5 cats and they all have adapted well. There was a little mix up with the shipping. It was resolved pretty promptly customer service was nice.
