First one was a little slow but I knew there was a delay beforehand. Second one came very quickly. I bought a second because this is a very nice litter box. After having 2 litter robots these are sooo much easier and cleaner.

Horrible customer service. My litter box malfunctioned and has been unusable for over a month. AI customer support said they would have human customer support contact me about fixing the problem and review my warranty (litter box was only 9 months old when problem occurred) and I have yet to hear from anyone through the app, email, or by phone.

Hi, I'm truly sorry for the frustration and the long wait. I completely understand how disappointing it must be to be told someone would follow up and then hear nothing back. I want to clarify that we don't currently have live human support available through the app, so messages sent there may not reach our team directly. However, our customer support team has already sent you an email to verify the details of your issue. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. Your litter box is still within the warranty period, and we are committed to helping you resolve this. Please reply directly to that email with any details or photos of the malfunction, and we'll move forward with a solution as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry again for the inconvenience.

I shouldn’t be with you guys at all. This is the second time I’ve ordered this and I’m still waiting. The first time I ordered was back in August never received the order just ordered again. It keeps saying it’s been shit, but yeah it’s not showing anything.

Hi, I'm truly sorry for the long wait and the frustration — I completely understand how disappointing it must be to deal with this twice. Your current order is in transit and is estimated to be delivered on October 15th. Regarding your August order, we checked the tracking and found that updates stopped on September 5th. We've already escalated this to the carrier to investigate what happened, and we'll get back to you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for letting us know about this. We'll keep you updated on both orders, and if there's anything else you need, please reply directly to this email.

I was kept informed about delivery due to delay and once received the set up was easy. I have 2 large cats and had no problem with them changing over. I previously had a closed lid litter box and I was always cleaning around it since they were not comfortable with the darkness. This is perfect

I reached out about a mechanical issue I was having with my open top litter box. With help and clear directions, I was provided a new replacement at no cost to myself! It arrived quickly and in great condition. My new box has since been set up and myself and cat couldn't be happier.

Hi, I'm sorry for the concern — I understand it's worrying when you haven't received your order yet. The litter bags were temporarily out of stock, but we shipped them out as soon as the inventory was replenished. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered on October 7th. We've sent you an email with the tracking number and a screenshot of tracking information — please check your inbox, including your spam or promotions folder. If the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please reply to our email and let us know. We'll help you look into it right away.

Had to wait awhile, as you didn't have enough in stock for doing a sale

Still waiting on shipment. Ordered and confirmed on second of October. Still says information was sent to fedex but no updates since except that delivery expected on the 12th. Today is the 12th and no delivery and tracking still shows in original location.
