The service is great and well priced but the website is poorly designed and must be returned to every time you receive a message or notification. Lucinda the cat sitter was outstanding and I highly recommend.

I was able to find a sitter who lived near me and could administer medication at a reasonable price. She worked out really well and my cats were much happier than they would have been in a kennel. Very easy to use the reservation system and easy to communicate with potential sitters. Great service!!

Sherry, Thank you for your review! Kitties are always happier at home because there is no place like home. I'm so glad that you found the process easy and convenient. See you again soon!

An excellent service from start to finish. I was really hesitant to use a company like this but Meowtel and Lucinda (the sitter we chose) provided an incredible experience. The daily updates and pictures we received were great and Lucinda clearly knew our cat very well in just a matter of days. I will definitely be using Lucinda and Meowtel again. It’s a big deal trusting someone to look after your pet and come into your home, but I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Rachel was spectacular! We met with her several days before our planned travel to make sure she got to meet the cats and see their food needs and issues, and we never looked back. She sent us text message photo updates each day, and genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with our cats as much as we do! Leaving our babies is always a stressful situation, but Rachel put us completely at eas. We will definitely be requesting Rachel going forward for all of our cat-sitting needs...
