Ordered a neeko figure in 2021, 3 years later it never arrived.

I ordered already for times and never had problems. The packages are in good condition and delivery was fast.

Riot is a scam and predatory company. Every second of your experience will be controlled by algorithms to maximize your play time and buying behavior. They uses rigged matchmaking, rigged adaptive mechanics, bots in soloq that mimics human behaviors (of all skill level from inhumanly efficient to low skilled, trolls, uncooperative,...). This company should be sued.

Ordered a small game (Tellstones) from the EU site in Ireland. Ordered it last Sunday and received it two days later here in the Netherlands! Great! Well packed and sent. Going to try it tonight.

Useless company. Doesn't matter how much you pay them for "express" shipping, they won't answer simple questions like can I get my tracking number, or why hasn't this shipped when you gave me a date it should be sent by? Their own brand merch can be bought MONTHS ago on other figure selling sites and be in your hands, yet they get thier own stuff so late, then are in no hurry to get it to you. They ignore emails, and use the cheapest local courier companies who will dump your items outside when you aren't home. I've had things stolen when they have done this and Riot Games merch team won't even apologise. When suggested that they don't use this courier in my country they have still continued to use them.

Bit delayed parcels when I lived in a EU country however when I moved to Norway they didn't add VOEC code to their parcels and refuse to repay tax as Norwegian postal office also demanded tax for it.

Habe mein Paket in der Paketstation verloren. Der Support vom Merch hat mir sofort geholfen und ich habe die Bestellung erneut geliefert bekommen. Absolut freundlich und schnell. Keine Ahnung wieso die Bewertung hier so schlecht ist. Vermutlich, weil man leider immer nur negatives Bewertet. Bestelle hier gerne <3 und mit sicherheit wieder.

Awful customer service. Delivery was very late and I paid €10z unacceptable!
