Ordering on the website is easy. I received my order and once I went through the website and found the facts page I found where it’s stated that it takes 3-5 days once you place the order for it to be roasted and prepared for shipping.

Good Evening Cheryl, I am sorry that you are frustrated with the timeframe. Just so you know, we roast everything fresh to order. This process can take 2-4 business days and then we ship it out USPS. When you sent us an email yesterday asking when your order will be sent out, we responded promptly and said that we should be able to get that order out today for you, and we did that. Your order is In-Transit and is set to arrive tomorrow. We are closed on weekends, so we want to again apologize that this order took an extra day than what is usual for us. We are always here for you, and want to you to enjoy both our coffee and the experience with our company.

Good customer support .
The product was delayed to ship. I found customer support and the follow up with company was very supportive and apologetic for the delay.

Website is pretty easy to navigate
Website is pretty easy to navigate. Would have liked to have more of the interesting flavors included in the sample packs. However, I understand that this can be difficult.

Delicious coffee - A MUST HAVE
I discovered this coffee at a convention. I initially purchased a sample. I was skeptical but I like coffee and it smelled good enough to give a try. I chose the Creme Brulee and Maple Syrup. The Creme Brulee won out, smooth taste, creamy, and smells delicious. I drink coffee black and this is one of the tastiest coffees that I have brewed in my home. It is like going to a coffee shop but in my house. They ground and roast it before sending it to you. I received it three days after they had done so. It lost a star because there was something wrong with the package. After opening, the area where you would reclose was on one side of the package so I am unable to close the coffee back. So I need to use other means to keep the package close so that my coffee remains fresh. Otherwise, a great coffee that I will purchase again.
