The glue on the sole disintegrated after just over 12 months of use, which is unacceptable given the price. This isn't some low end priced item!

I bought a pair of walking shoes from this company, but they never arrived despite a message saying they had been delivered in my (non existent) secure porch. I have emailed the company, but after 8 days, no response. They do have an online chat option, but it doesn’t work. So they have stolen £135.00 from me & I can do nothing about it.

Modèle J500668P. Je suis déçue du rapport qualité prix. La semelle est glissante sur sol mouillé.: très dangereux. La languette sous les lacets se déplace en marchant, c'est très désagréable. Dommage parce que la chaussure en elle même est très confortable..

i requested a return but it says doesnt recognise my returns number or order number and no reply from the email address after a week

Have not received my shoes after 5 weeks coming from China. Got tracking info and it said it was delivered to my town but no address. No help from customer service. Do not buy these shoes -- spread the word

I’ve requested a return via email as their return page stated my order number was invalid. This is a common issue others have reported here. No one has replied to the email that was sent days ago. I’m so worried I’ve been scammed just like so many others on here. I never thought I needed to check reviews from a respected brand like Merrell.
