All of our jerseys are fully authenticated. Each item includes a certification sticker, typically located near the signature. These are small silver labels from trusted authenticators such as Beckett or JSA, and more recently signed items are authenticated directly by us and carry a Metabilia label. While we’re unable to attach images here, the certification label is visible in the auction photos as well. Regarding the item you were most excited about — the Vick signed red custom jersey — we responded to your support email right away and refunded this order in full and added an additional $20 credit once we identified an issue with the item. While we do our best to prevent this, occasional damage can occur, and we never want to send memorabilia that doesn’t meet our standards. With new items arriving daily, similar jerseys may appear again, though bidding prices can vary based on bidding activity. We want to be very clear that our giveaways are run fairly and at random, and we do not work with scalpers, bots, or third parties to distribute items. Every giveaway has an actual winner and the items are sent out weekly. You can see that when you follow our Facebook Groups as a lot of the winners posts pictures and happy photos receiving the wins. Everything is automated within our system so a random person who signs up for a giveaway can be chosen. While we understand how it can feel discouraging when high-value items are won and later resurface on the secondary market, once an item is awarded, we unfortunately cannot control what a winner chooses to do with it. Regarding bidding, prices naturally vary based on player demand and market interest. Some auctions end at great values, while others reflect strong fan competition — this is driven entirely by bidding activity, not adjusted outcomes. As for mystery items, we’re sorry if expectations were not met. These offers are designed to provide value and excitement, but we understand that surprises can sometimes miss the mark.
