Great costumer service. Not on hold for long periods of times. Call centers near me. Not abroad.
Response from META PCs· Mar 3, 2026
Jason, that's a big deal to us. Real people, right here in Arizona, picking up the phone. No runaround. Thanks for calling that out and thanks for the review!

It's been a couple weeks and the PC has worked just fine, while unboxing it I felt the love and care that was put into it and it was leagues above my experience with Alienware/Dell. Everything packed in tight, clear instructions and even a custom USB with recovery software on it. It might be cheaper to build a PC yourself but at least I know care was put into this pre-built and that was worth it to me.

This is the kind of review that fires us up. The whole point is that you're not just getting a box of parts, you're getting something built with intention. Glad the unboxing experience told that story before you even turned it on. Thanks for choosing us over the big guys, and enjoy the rig!
