MiaDonna is great!
MiaDonna is a great company. My sample rings shipped fast. The return packaging was included. They received my order and processed my refund quickly. A rep reached out to see if I had any questions, but was not pushy at all. The rings were beautiful - I will probably be choosing a ring from this company if I choose to ask for a new ring. Highly recommend!

lovely staff and response
Needed a size that wasn’t available and everyone was super helpful and nice. Loved my ring and the mission behind it. Highly recommend it!

Perfect
Although it took a little longer to receive the product than I had hoped when it got here it was perfect. The delay wasn't on them though it was purely the CoViD-19 that caused the delay so I can't blame that on them at all. THe service was fantastic. I had one issue and it was resolved by mail and in a matter of minutes on the phone. Just a simple mix up on the certificate that showed 14ct white gold instead of platinum the ring though was exactly what I wanted so all they needed was to send out the corrected certificate and they got that to me in a couple of days. The next time I have a few thousand to spend on jewelry it will be here I'm sure.
