I ordered shirts,said were in stock. Days later received notice stock not available. Will not order from your site in future since system is antiquated and inaccurate.

needed to resize my purchase of on sale shorts, and the exchange was done with out question. Also very curtious. I will in the future continue to purchase through midwest.

I wanted Carhart shorts - When I selected the size, the price went up by $10.00. When the shorts arrived, they were not the canvas/denim material I had in mind, but some lighter fabric. Actual pictures would be nice.

They call if there is any reason order processing and delivery will be delayed. A real person, not a machine or a email message. They were out of stock on one of the items I ordered and promptly called me to tell me when it would be in-stock, when it would ship, and when I would receive it. And they don't charge premium-prices for premium-service. All the products I've ordered (hi-vis and Carhartt clothing) are excellent quality and value.
