Working with Mike from ActionCOACH has truly transformed our business. From the very beginning, Mike has helped us shift our perspective—encouraging us to zoom out and see the big picture while also rolling up his sleeves to tackle the daily operational challenges right alongside us. His coaching approach is both strategic and practical. Mike doesn’t just talk about growth—he guides you through it. With his help, we’ve built stronger systems, implemented smarter processes, and developed a clearer understanding of how each piece of the business contributes to our long-term vision. He’s been instrumental in helping us problem-solve in real time, whether it’s refining workflows, navigating tough decisions, or streamlining team dynamics. Thanks to Mike, we now operate with more clarity, confidence, and direction.

Over the past 12 months, my great experience has been continued coaching and advising on; hiring great people, how to monitor labor hours to ensure profitability, support in hiring management staff, putting systems and processes in place to ensure the business runs smoothly without me! We are in the process of planning my retirement and sale of the business. My coach is a valuable resource, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, has the skills to lead me through the process. I would recommend any small Business owner, hire an experienced, qualified Business Coach!
