My little angel love the Miko.

Miko is a fantastic robot for kids' learning, especially for ages 1.5 to 7 years. I have two daughters, and they both love using Miko for educational games, videos, and playtime. The hide and seek feature is a hit, and the dancing feature keeps my younger daughter entertained for hours. However, it would be even better if Miko could produce dinosaur and animal sounds since kids adore those. Overall, Miko is a great product for both learning and knowledge enrichment, perfect for kids under 10 years old.

Extraordinarily poor service and overpriced toy by far. My child has wanted this robot forever and I never wanted to buy it because the reviews were low.. Other parents stated the customer service is horrific (they were right-- doesn't exist) and the features were subpar with a ton of issues. Save your money and the headache.. Convince your child to get just about any other toy robot out there for 50-80% less. I reached out multiple time for general issues (caused by them) and they cannot directly answer a question.. or even correctly answer one.. It was just such a maddening experience it makes you want to hit your head on a wall. They cannot handle even the easiest of inquiries.

Good robot for kids There are some problems 1- battery loss chargers. Device has been replaced due to battery 2-Sometimes the sound does not respond until after resetting

The product is exaclty as advertised

I do love all the capabilities when it comes to interactive activities the remote function could use some work. I understand that this device is mainly as an interactive toy for children but it would be nice to be able to control Miko
