I liked the dynamic nature of the lessons, the effort the tutor tried to make sure everyone is involved in the lesson activities. It was a lot of material though! I sensed that the tutor in some cases had to be really fast to go through the slides and it was not possible to assimilate everything during the lessons.

While I found the class useful, my work schedule prevented active participation. To improve the experience for all students, I suggest coordinating the class schedule with students beforehand, considering they are paying for the course. This allows for better planning and accommodation of diverse schedules. I also believe in the importance of student interaction with the instructor through questions and feedback. Thank you for fostering an inclusive and participatory learning environment.

My overall experience was average, primarily due to the lack of engagement from the Mindcypress team throughout the five-week program. What Worked Well: 1) The trainer was knowledgeable about the subject matter and demonstrated attentiveness to students' concerns. 2) The course provided valuable insights into PMP concepts, which were beneficial for understanding the exam framework. Areas for Improvement: 1) Lack of Organizational Presence: There were no opening remarks to outline training expectations or closing remarks to guide students on the next steps after completion. This left some uncertainty regarding post-training processes. 2) Limited Support from Mindcypress – While the trainer was present, they were unable to answer certain questions about what happens after the course, indicating a gap in communication from the Mindcypress team. 3) Pacing & Content Overload – The five allocated sessions (one per week) were insufficient to cover the extensive PMP material thoroughly. As a result, the trainer had to rush through the content, impacting comprehension. 4) Lack of hands-on exercises: Due to time constraints, the course lacked practical exercises, which could have reinforced learning more effectively. Suggestions for Improvement: 1) Ensure active participation from the Mindcypress team, including clear onboarding and closing guidance for students. 2) Provide additional resources or Q&A sessions to clarify post-training steps. 3) Extend the training duration or provide supplementary materials to help students absorb the content at a better pace. 4) Incorporate hands-on exercises or case studies to enhance practical application.

Excellent instructor and training material. You will also get access to video recording of the class, Excel files for practice questions disucssed during the class, Exam pracrice kit, as well as the ACCA DipIFR study material of more than 300 page each. However, you won't get access to the most important piece in my view that would help you during exam preparation, which is the instructor slides which were used to walk you through the content. Preparing for the exam from the video recording or the text book is unrealistic and takes too much time. All free or paid training class usually give access to slides. I won't recommend this course to someone bevause of that. If you're preparing for the exam, I'd highly recommend that you pick a course that gives you training notes in order to help you prepare. Good luck!

The course for very elementary. Its also focused on exclusively on ChatGPT i.e. making it vendor specific. And too some knowledge that is freely available. The topics details needs to be mention clearly to avoid misunderstanding for suture audience (if you plan to keep this course as is). However I was told that its not vendor specific. If I new this before paying the course fee, will most probably will not join.

Personal cabinet is very good to have during the courses, but unfortunately materials of the course were not uploaded there on time and after the course is finished they are still not there. Bad organizational issues, manager who should provide smooth work during the course often was not available and trained had to do everything on his own. The course itself was very informative but too difficult to cover all aspects. Too much information within a shirt period. No practice was provided because of organizational issues. Team work which was suggested during the course did not have success, so think individual work would have better results and be more effective.
