I wish I can give -1 rating to it. Everytime they send me a survey and without even attempting it told me it says you are not qualified for it. It is just waste of time. I write to there supporting team also they did not do anything . Every time they just answer close all the tabs in your browser and start again. . It is the worst panel I have ever seen.

I went through the lengthy sign-up process, answered countless questions to become a member, received a confirmation email, and was invited to complete my first survey. I finished the survey only to find out that I didn’t qualify. That’s disappointing, but I understand that happens with survey sites. What I don’t understand is receiving an email from Minefield stating that I had been “banned from their program due to untruthful answers.” I was not dishonest about a single thing on my profile or on the survey itself. I have absolutely no reason to lie on a survey site there’s no benefit to doing so. Being falsely accused of dishonesty and then banned for something that never happened is both disrespectful and disheartening. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

I was sent multiple product test and regular surveys and every time I clicked the link (regardless of how fast) it brought me to an error disqualification page. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t assist they just claimed it was a demographics issue. I understand disqualifications but immediate error page when even trying to learn more seems like a huge technical problem they need to resolve. I also completed plenty of surveys that claim they were unfinished such as others described and didn’t receive a payout. I deleted my account in the end because this is scammy and frustrating considering I’m the product.

Worse survey site EVER. I just now finally cancelled my membership after yrs of not getting paid even though I fully completed the task/studies. I reviewed my account and seen DID NOT COMPLETE after DID NOT COMPLETE after DID NOT COMPLETE so on and so forth... when I know for a fact that I did indeed complete them because they were high paying so I know I completed fully and on time. This company is shady as heck. Stay away folks.

They send a text message saying the instructions for the survey are sent to my email. There was no email with instructions. If you reply back to the text message saying this, you NEVER get a response. Clearly the phone they send from is not accepting replies but they fail to mention this. So I found their support email but they were equally useless. It takes them a long time to respond and they don't resolve any issue. Not worth your time. Stay away from them.

Not worth it! They'll send you a survey and if you complete it you'll receive $2.00. After filling out the basic information it'll give you a page stating that "they've reached their quota". Better off not giving away your information for free.

99% of the time, when they have sent surveys; either they are not working, or I wasted time and received no credit. The last survey was today and it said it did not exist. They did send me a product to test and I'm trying to find a way to do the review online. But, not very trustworthy.
