quick and efficient customer service

I am super happy and satisfied with my order that I got for my wife's birthday. Shipping time was reasonable, the custom design was amazing, all the pieces were in the box thankfully and the instructions were clear and concise which you scan a QR code to receive.

the supprot team and customer service was more than helpful, very patient and quick to replay for any questions or problem I had.

Malheureusement, les figurines sont tombées et on ne retrouvait plus les instructions pour les rassembler.
