I was not happy with my experience. The artwork proof took took over a week after I was told it would be ready in 24-48 hours. The image looked good after it was ready. I wanted to add to my order and I am still waiting to see if that happened. The follow thru in this company is lacking.

very fast to get your order back and double checks to make sure you like how everything looks before they submit it!

We haven't received our order yet, so it's hard to say if the footballs are what we expected and paid for. It was four days before I was emailed a proof. It was emailed on a Friday afternoon at work. The office was closed and I did not respond until Monday morning. Three weeks just seems too long between ordering/purchasing and recieving the product. There is definitely room for improvement.

Very much appreciated the prompt reply to all inquires and prompt delivery of the product we purchased - thank you! My only concern with the product was that the personalized logo we had designed/placed on the mini throw balls was smaller than I envisioned and smaller than the email "proof" I received (at least it appears to be). Also, it was my mistake, I didn't catch it when the proof was sent, but the spacing on one part of the customized design could have been better (e.g., "GO RAMS!!! - the "S" and the first exclamation point were so close together that the exclamation point was smashed/looked too crowded. Other than the comments noted, I am very pleased with the overall product and service. Thank you
