About one third of my order was not well done, the imprinting was stuck to the plastic bag so the message was not clear on the ball. I was happy that the owner replied to my concerns immediately and was willing to correct the mistake but the time it took to redo the order was not done in time for my event so some of the balls looked terrible but the ones that looked good were well received.

Glad I stumbled upon this company! I ordered mini basketballs for an upcoming show and the imprint space (and color selections) were great. Even better, they got here quickly...without having to wait weeks to receive them. I only wish I had ordered more!

We had an order of 200 pieces, we needed quickly, and we wanted an imprint. I was very impressed with the whole process. We got the shipment in more than enough time for our meeting. I would recommend using MiniThrowballs to anyone.

We ordered pizza cutters to celebrate our first year for our restaurant. When we received the cutters the printing was so small that you can barely read it. The proof did not read like that and all they did was give us a small refund. I'm embarrassed to give these out to our patrons. So now it's so late that we cannot reorder from another company and we are out a ton of money!!!!

Jennifer I am sorry you are unhappy with the Qty 150 Pizza Cutters. We did send an actual size art proof to show you actual size of the imprint on the item.

What a great company with outstanding customer service. Placed the order on a weekend and had a proof ready to view early Monday morning. They were very quick to answer all of my questions.
